Supply Chain Planning (Lead)

Key Responsibilities

• Own overall supply chain performance, including on-time delivery (OTD), lead time optimization, and cost control across materials such as PCB, substrates, assemblies, and mechanical components.
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies, covering supplier selection, cost reduction initiatives, approved vendor management, and capacity planning.
• Lead supplier negotiations on pricing, payment terms, and logistics costs, and support periodic strategic sourcing reviews.
• Drive project execution by tracking key milestones, supplier production status, and WIP, ensuring alignment with delivery targets and proactively managing risks.
• Identify and escalate risks related to delivery, quality, or cost, and implement corrective action plans to mitigate impact.
• Manage procurement activities based on sourcing strategies and cost models; monitor long lead-time components and coordinate alternative solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Optimize logistics planning, including shipment coordination and customs compliance, to balance delivery performance and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align demand forecasts with supplier capacity and material planning.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project and supplier data across internal systems, including quotations, schedules, and transaction records.
• Evaluate supplier performance through scorecards and support regular business reviews, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance supplier capabilities and ensure long-term operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of supply chain planning experience, preferably within semiconductor or similar industries with high-mix, low-volume environments.
• With leadership experience if apply for leader position. 
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects independently and proactively.
• Proven ability to work under pressure with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and results-driven with a positive, can-do attitude.
