Key Responsibilities
Strategic Customer Alignment & Business Growth

Drive Strategic Growth: Lead high-impact projects to secure new business, build lasting customer trust, and coordinate regular executive management reviews.

Map Technology Inflections: Engage deeply with customers to identify next-generation technology shifts, translating these insights to internal R&D and Product teams to guide roadmap development.

Enhance Customer Experience: Continuously optimize the customer journey by improving team workflows, communication infrastructure, and support tools.
Cross-Functional & Global Collaboration

Matrix Leadership: Partner closely with Product Marketing, Product Development, and Service Engineering to ensure seamless product deployment and a unified customer interface.

Global Integration: Navigate and collaborate effectively across local, regional, and global divisions to meet unified corporate targets.

Technical Asset Management: Develop and maintain high-value technical documentation and presentation assets for both internal stakeholders and external customer reference.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
-
Master’s or Ph.D. in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or a closely related technical field.
Technical Expertise

15+ years of experience within the semiconductor industry.

Deep Domain Knowledge: Specialization in Epitaxy, Thin Film, PEALD, PECVD, or LPCVD module process development.

Advanced Nodes: A rock-solid technical understanding of advanced CMOS fabrication processing, integrated process flows, semiconductor chemistry, and device physics.

Relationship Builder: A proven track record of establishing deep, collaborative partnerships with tier-1 customers and internal global matrix organizations.
