Required Experience
1. Technical Background & Engineering Experience
- 1–2 years of hands-on hardware R&D experience
- Ability to read block diagrams, schematics, layouts, BOMs, API documentation, and PRDs
2. Product Development Lifecycle Experience
- Familiar with the key focus areas of EVT (Engineering Verification), DVT (Design Verification), and PVT (Production Verification) stages
- Understanding of DFx (DFM, DFT, DFA, etc.)
3. Tools & Change Management Experience
- Familiar with Jira, MS Project, or PLM systems
- Able to assess cost and schedule impact when customers make mid-course spec changes or when component shortages require alternate parts
4. Cross-Border / Multi-Party Collaboration Experience
- Experience with on-site trial production support at factories (domestic assignment or travel), with an understanding of production line operations
- Experience liaising with overseas clients, communicating in English, or coordinating cross-national teams
Specialized Skills / Certifications
Domain Technical Expertise
- Understanding of hardware architecture for networking/communications, servers, and accelerator cards
- Understanding of DFx design concepts (DFM, DFT, DFA, etc.)
- Ability to identify a product's core specifications
Project Management Practice
- Familiar with change management processes (PCN/ECN); able to control version differences and assess impact
Tools & Software Proficiency
- Familiar with Jira, MS Project, or PLM systems
- Basic data analysis skills; able to convert test data into trend charts or reports

Job Description
1. Product Lifecycle Management (NPI → MP)
- Milestone control: EVT, DVT, PVT, MPC, MP
- Critical path analysis: determining which tasks cannot be delayed under tight timelines
2. Technical Issue Tracking & Resolution
- Consolidate issues reported by customers and QA/DQA
- Assign to the appropriate RD/PM and track resolution progress
3. Cross-Border & Cross-Department Communication & Coordination
- Clarify overseas clients' design/spec requirements and translate them into technical specifications RD can understand
- Negotiate with department heads to secure manpower/equipment support in cases of resource conflict
4. Risk Assessment & Decision-Support Data Collection
- Gather data to support decision-making options when performance, cost, schedule, and quality conflict
