Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level administrative support to several senior executives simultaneously
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics
- Prepare and track expense reports in a timely and accurate manner
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Support billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
- Act as a key point of contact, maintaining professional communication with stakeholders
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve scheduling or operational challenges
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience supporting multiple senior executives in a corporate environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage priorities across several stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Proven experience in calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting, and invoicing
- High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a strong plus
- Proficiency with standard office tools and digital collaboration platforms
