Role Overview
We are a fast‑growing, cross‑border financial services platform expanding into the US market. To build our American foundation, we are seeking a seasoned and strategic Head of HR to lead all human resources and administrative functions from the ground up. This is a hands‑on leadership role that combines strategic workforce planning with operational execution – ideal for a resilient, start‑up minded HR professional who thrives in building structures, teams, and culture in a greenfield environment.

Master’s degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related discipline.

Industry & Experience

Minimum 3 years of HR management experience within financial institutions such as investment banks, securities firms, asset management companies, or fintech enterprises.

At least 5 years of work or study experience in the United States (strong preference for candidates who understand both US and cross‑cultural business dynamics).

Start‑up & Team‑Building Expertise

Proven track record of building an HR/administrative function from scratch – including department structuring, policy framework design, and full‑cycle recruitment.

Hands‑on experience in navigating the critical milestones and operational rhythms of an early‑stage organisation (e.g., entity setup, payroll/benefits setup, compliance roll‑out, office establishment).

Deep working knowledge of all HR modules: talent acquisition, learning & development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.

Expert‑level familiarity with US federal and California state labour laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements (e.g., FLSA, ADA, FEHA, wage & hour rules).

Preferred age under 40, with a flexible upper limit of 45 for exceptional candidates who have held global HR leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies.

Key Responsibilities (Indicative)

Design and implement the US HR roadmap, aligning with global business objectives and local regulatory requirements.

Lead end‑to‑end recruitment to build a high‑calibre local team, from entry‑level to senior leadership.

Establish competitive compensation, benefits, and performance frameworks tailored to the US market.

Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws; act as the primary point of contact for legal and regulatory matters.

Develop onboarding, training, and retention programs to foster a high‑performance, inclusive culture.

Oversee office administration, vendor management, and operational logistics during the setup phase.

6、年龄要求:公司希望结构整体偏年轻化,原则上40岁以下,具备世界500强企业全球HR负责人经验的顶尖人才可放宽至45岁。
