IT BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGER - PROCUREMENT

Own and improve business processes within Procurement & Legal, driving projects, enhancements, and system evolution in close collaboration with the business.

🔑 What you’ll do

• Partner with business stakeholders to ensure high‑quality IT service delivery
• Manage projects end‑to‑end (scope, cost, timeline, risks)
• Act as key contact for BPOs/Key Users: requirements → solutions
• Coordinate developments with IT teams
• Drive continuous improvement and define the systems roadmap
• Prioritize demand and keep process documentation up to date
• Act as System Owner for assigned applications

🧠 What you bring

• 3–5 years in IT Business Process, Procurement IT, or Functional Consulting
• Strong Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) knowledge
• Experience with SAP Ariba, SAP MM, S/4HANA, Jira
• Fluent English & Spanish
• Experience working cross‑functionally with business teams
