We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to support their growth and expand their presence in Flanders notably and across Belgium.
In this B2B role, you will be responsible for developing a portfolio of brokers, with a focus on cyber insurance solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping businesses understand and mitigate digital risks while driving commercial growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B relationships.
- Develop new business opportunities, particularly in the Flemish market.
- Promote and sell cyber insurance products tailored to client needs.
- Provide expert advice on cyber risk coverage and market trends.
- Collaborate with internal underwriting and product teams.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Experience in B2B insurance, ideally with exposure to cyber or specialty lines.
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record in business development.
- Fluent in Dutch and French (both required); English is a plus.
- Good understanding of the Belgian insurance market.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Autonomous, proactive, and results-driven.
- A strategic role in a fast-growing and future-focused product line (cyber).
