We are seeking a dynamic and growth-oriented commercial professional to expand our market footprint across Taiwan. In this role, you will drive revenue generation by connecting therapeutic developers with our comprehensive suite of early-stage research and preclinical services.

- Scout, qualify, and secure new commercial partnerships across local biopharma companies, clinical research institutions, and academic centers.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for local accounts, nurturing long-term relationships and expanding our wallet share within existing portfolios.
- Effectively position our end-to-end drug discovery capabilities to address clients' specific pipeline challenges, moving opportunities smoothly from initial pitch to closed contract.
- Structure tailored service proposals, handle pricing negotiations, and maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene using internal CRM tools to ensure accurate revenue forecasting.
- Act as the strategic bridge between clients and our internal scientific delivery teams to ensure project scopes are technically sound and perfectly executed.
- Keep a close pulse on competitor positioning and localized market shifts; represent the organization at key regional scientific forums and industry conferences.
Requirement:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Biomedical Sciences, Biochemistry, Pharmacology, or a related field).
- Mid-to-senior level commercial experience (typically 3 to 5 years) in consultative sales, key account management, or B2B business development.
- Prior exposure to the contract research (CRO/CDMO) landscape, laboratory testing services, or life science instrumentation sectors is highly advantageous.
- The ability to easily grasp complex biological or chemical concepts and translate them into value-driven commercial solutions.
- Professional proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required for regional and internal communication.
