Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence within the semiconductor industry.
This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships with key stakeholders, and promoting our test and measurement solutions to meet the evolving needs of semiconductor manufacturers and R&D teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in semiconductors, proven business development experience, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Development
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the semiconductor market.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with company objectives and defense sector trends.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities across IDMs, foundries, fabless, OSAT and other companies in semiconductor industry.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including IDMs, foundries, fabless, OSAT and other companies in semiconductor supply chain.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the semiconductor industry.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote capabilities and solutions.
Market Intelligence & Analysis
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the semiconductor industry.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve revenue targets, including targeting new customer verticals and expanding existing accounts.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with engineering, program management, and marketing teams to align business development efforts with technical capabilities and delivery timelines.
- Support internal teams and external partners with customer feedback and market requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication Engineering, Electronical Engineering or related fields
- At least 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the semiconductor or test and measurement industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of semiconductor technologies, along with expertise in testing requirements for RF, mmWave, and/or parametric applications.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a B2B environment, preferably with semiconductor related companies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex customer needs.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
