Our client is a leading international retail luxury organization seeking a commercially driven Head of HNW client segment to lead client acquisition, business growth, and relationship development across Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the high-net-worth client business with accountability for revenue growth, client acquisition, and portfolio development.
- Develop strategies to acquire, retain, and deepen relationships with high-net-worth individuals and affluent clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, entrepreneurs, family offices, and strategic partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored wealth management solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with Investment, Product, Risk, Compliance, and other functions to deliver a high-quality client experience.
- Lead and develop a high-performing relationship management team.
- Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to strengthen market position and business growth.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (at least 10-15 years) in wealth management, private banking, asset management, or related financial services.
- Strong track record in high-net-worth client acquisition, relationship management, and business development.
- Experienced in premium luxury brands are highly preferred.
- Established network among HNW individuals, entrepreneurs, or family offices in Taiwan.
- Proven leadership and team management experience with strong commercial acumen.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Native in Mandarin and business-level English.
