PCB Layout Engineer

Job Description

Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled Hardware Layout Engineer with a strong background in power electronics to develop next-generation power solutions for high-performance AI data center applications. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Cross-Functional Teams (including EE and System Engineers) to implement robust, high-efficiency, and high-density power designs.

Key Responsibilities

• PCB/PWB Layout Design: Execute high-density, multi-layer PCB layout designs based on system requirements and schematic constraints.

• Schematic Capture & Design Support: Assist in schematic diagram entry, component selection, and symbol creation.

• Design Verification & Review: Conduct comprehensive layout reviews, DFM/DFA checks, and verify Gerber/artwork manufacturing files.

• Documentation & Standardization: Establish and maintain technical documentation, layout guidelines, and standardize Layout SOPs to optimize workflow efficiency.

• ECAD Library Management: Maintain and update the CAD footprint database, ensuring component compliance and integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in PCB/PWB layout design.

• Hands-on experience with High-Power / High-Voltage infrastructure or High-Speed Signal Integration (SI/PI).

• Proficiency in mainstream EDA software (e.g., Altium Designer, Allegro, or equivalent layout tools).

• Strong collaborative skills, capable of effectively bridging communication between EE and mechanical teams.
