• Product Specification Definition: Formulate and lock down precise product technical specifications tailored to the exact requirements of target applications and focus customer segments.

• Execution & Scope Management: Interface continuously with the core engineering team, driving alignment to ensure all technical execution matches defined business scopes.

• Market Intelligence: Execute deep competitor analysis and continuous market research to strategically identify and position silicon-based capacitive product variants.

Requirements & Qualifications

Essential Experience

• A minimum of 5+ years of dedicated professional experience within the integrated circuit (IC) industry.

• Highly developed, cross-functional communication capabilities with a proven track record of aligning diverse internal stakeholders.

• Robust and advanced knowledge spanning the entire IC design architecture and standard development lifecycles.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Familiarity with memory controller architectures and standard IP synthesis implementation flows.

• Strong business presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.

• Deep strategic understanding of the silicon interposer marketplace alongside emerging high-performance memory requirements.
