外商_Staff伺服器硬體設計工程師（Board Design）

We’re looking for a senior hardware engineer to turn system and architecture requirements into production-ready physical designs. You’ll own the design specification and schematics, and work closely with power, signal integrity (SI), and PCB layout teams to bring each design to life on the board. You’ll be involved from power-on planning through lab bring-up, board-level validation, debug, and root cause analysis. You’ll also engage directly with customers and key technology partners to help clarify and resolve technical challenges.

What You’ll Do

• Own server motherboard and add-in card development end to end: requirements, schematic design, layout collaboration, and lab validation
• Build and refine repeatable design processes that reduce risk and raise quality over time
• Align with BIOS/firmware teams on I/O pin definitions and make sure the hardware design spec reflects them accurately
• Produce clean, consistent, easy-to-follow schematics
• Balance quality and cost: avoid unnecessary features, and know when a novel approach is worth it
• Lead designs through the product lifecycle, from concept and planning to development
• Run feasibility studies for system-level concepts

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering; Master’s preferred
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience
• Strong foundation in analog and digital circuit design
• Hands-on experience with high-speed signal design, power delivery, and Intel / AMD / ARM / GPU platform architectures
• Familiarity with high-speed serial interconnects (e.g., SAS/SATA, PCIe, InfiniBand, Fibre Channel, Ethernet), high-speed memory (DDR4/DDR5, HBM), and cache-coherent processor/accelerator links (e.g., CXL)
• Solid understanding of BMC functionality and experience bringing it up
• Proven ability to write detailed design specs and test plans for new features
