Key Responsibilities
-
Contamination Control Optimization: Establish and optimize contamination control processes and technologies to enhance detection capabilities and reduce operational costs.

Defense Strategies & BKMs: Drive comprehensive defense strategies for AMC, metals, and particles, introducing new technologies and Best Known Methods (BKMs).

FOUP & Equipment Management: Lead FOUP classification and cross-contamination prevention programs, including Sorter, N2LP, and Washer equipment management.

Equipment Evaluation: Evaluate and introduce new equipment and functionalities through demonstration, head-to-head (H2H), and TOR evaluation processes.

Detection & Yield Improvement: Continuously improve detection systems and methods (such as Q-time and AMC control strategies) to accelerate learning cycles and support yield growth.

Global Collaboration & Roadmaps: Collaborate with global manufacturing (HVM), technology development (TD), and suppliers to align contamination control technology roadmaps.

Project & Resource Management: Manage cross-functional resources to resolve technical gaps and drive project execution.

Community & Knowledge Sharing: Actively participate in and contribute to technical communities (KEG) to promote cross-site technology alignment.

Specification Improvement: Influence DOC2 and TOR specifications to incorporate high-volume manufacturing (HVM) pain points for continuous improvement.

Technical Leadership & Mentoring: Provide technical leadership and strategic direction to the team, fostering technical growth and a culture of innovation and patent generation.

Business Process Management: Establish and optimize business processes to meet program standards and expectations.

Fab Performance Tracking: Track and analyze Fab performance metrics for benchmarking and continuous improvement.

Supplier Competitiveness: Collaborate with TD and Global Procurement to enhance supplier competitiveness and cost optimization.
Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Experience: Master’s or PhD degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline, with over 10 years of relevant experience.

Domain Expertise: Solid background in contamination control, AMC, FOUP management, and advanced material defense strategies.

Problem-Solving & Execution: Proven ability to solve complex problems across departments and effectively utilize resources to drive actionable outcomes.

Global Communication: Strong English communication skills with the ability to lead and coordinate global teams across diverse cultures and time zones.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication skills to maintain strong, open relationships with peer groups and partners in Process Integration Engineering, Quality Systems, Production Operations Management, and Procurement.
